You can teach your child what sounds the animals make. It is adorable to listen to them make the animal sounds. They are large enough for toddlers’ fingers to easily manipulate and also large enough that you don’t have to be overly concerned about choking hazards. Another great feature is that the entire back surface of animal are magnetic. Therefore, concerns of swallowing small magnets is negated. There is only one downside of the product. The animals come in a very nice wooden box, but there is no lid or top for the box!! We put the animals back in the box when finished playing, but the box is open and animals can spill out. Besides that (which I suppose in the whole scheme of things is minor), the product is excellent. My granddaughter and I have fun playing. I pick out an animal, she names it, then makes the animal sound, and she puts it on the refrigerator. When done, we do it in reverse as she puts the animals back in the box.I feel this is an excellent well constructed, safe, educational, durable, and fun product!! I would recommend it for all toddlers and elementary school age children who need to learn to identify and name animals!!!Jeri MillerPs. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The magnets are really cute and have a strong magnet, making it easy to stick to the refrigerator...but not so strong that my grandson had difficulty getting it off the refrigerator. The colors are nice and bright and my grandson has had a lot of fun playing with the magnets.

This was perfect for my 1 year old. The animals are cute and look like the cliche version of each animal so they are perfect for teaching your toddler animal sounds. They are a great value and quality. The designs have only worn around the edges a little.
