I purchased this product after my cartilage piercings had gotten infected. I got 3 cartilage piercings on each ear at Claire's. Now, I did not have an issue with the way they pierced it because it was the store manager that did them on me. However, they said that I could change the earring out within 8 weeks. I switched to different earrings that I had purchased at Claire's that were supposedly Rose Gold plated. Well, a few weeks later I started seeing this blister looking bumps on each one. I took all the earrings out and they were all infected and puss filled (eww). My husband helped pop them and I was ready to just let them heal closed cause of how bad it had gotten. I came to realize that when I took the earrings out they all had tarnished, so I am sure that was what made them get infected since I clean them at least twice a day. After a couple days and the infection looking better I put the original earrings I had when they were pierced back in and went back to using the solution they give you at the store, but then I googled other products I could use to maybe help kick the infection because after two weeks it still wasn't completely gone, the bubbles would come back and keep coming back no matter how much I cleaned them. I then saw this product come up and purchased it after reading the reviews of someone who had similar piercings as me and theirs was healed. After a couple days the bumps were gone. After a whole week I took the earrings out to see how healed the bumps were and my piercing was ten times more healed than it had ever been where I could even make out where the hole was compared to before where I could barely tell where to put the piercing back in. They looked ten times more healthy and the skin was finally back to its normal color. I would spray right on the piercing on the front and back three times a day. I bought a second bottle cause I pretty much overused it hoping it'd make it better. and it did!!! This is hands down the best piercing aftercare I have ever used for any piercing I have gotten. It makes it simple to clean and it doesn't hurt compared to alcohol or anything you might use. No pain and it heals it better and quicker than anything.

This stuff is AMAZING. I had bumps on a conch piercing and a helix piercing that I couldn't get to go away despite using regular drugstore saline wash religiously. Four days of using this stuff multiple times a day and TADA! Bumps, pain, and irritation are all gone!! I would highly recommend this to anyone that has new piercings or is planning on getting a new piercing.

I was skeptical about how "wonderful" H2Ocean was supposed to be. But I have been using it for under a week and have noticed great results. I had both of my Tragus pierced in July, one has healed perfectly. But unfortunately I work in a job where I wear a 1 headphone headset for 12 hours. So the other ear was not healing and starting to look infected - it was swelled, red, sensitive to touch, had a bump next to the jewelery, and discharge. I was desperate and started searching the web for products and this product had high reviews. I placed the order the morning of Oct. 6th and received it Oct. 7th. I started using it immediately! My ear no longer looks infected - no redness, no pain, the bump is gone, now has very minimal normal clear discharge and the swelling has drastically reduced. It's well on its way to a healthy healing.Inside the box was an information leaflet about how to properly care for a piercing and all of the uses for H2Ocean. It said that it can be used on other things like skin rashes and acne. I have been diagnosed with a very mild psoriasis - just small patch about the size of a silver dollar. Again, out of desperation for a solution, I started spraying H2Ocean on it as well. I'm not going to say this will cure it, but I have seen a significant positive difference in how it looks. It appears to be clearing up. It's not as dry or scaly, not raised, not as tender and not near as red. I will definitely continue buying this product and look for other products they produce. I highly recommend it.

I have over 20 piercings! I have been using this brand from my very first piercing from over 15 years ago. It's easily accessible locally, although I usually order here on Bolo because its a little cheaper. I have tried other brands but always find my way back to H2Ocean.Pros: I've never had a spray nozzle issue, sometimes with other brands the nozzle breaks and won't spray correctly after that. Easily accessible even locally. Works efficiently.Cons: Can be more expensive than other brands but its worth it.

My daughter has used this since getting her nose pierced and has found it very helpful in keeping the area clean. She sprays it on a Q-tip to apply. It does not sting.

H2Ocean is a very convenient option for anyone looking to clean their piercings that doesn't have the time for things like sea salt soaks, which I find effective yet time consuming and slightly annoying.It has been said here and I'll say it again, this stuff is not a miracle worker. It's looking like I have keloids on the back side of my ear piercings. I was stupid enough to go to the mall to get my ears pierced with a gun, so that doesn't help. But also because I'm a college student, I have a busy schedule and sometimes you just forget how important it is to clean your piercings, even after having them for so long.I don't think this stuff alone can heal those issues. It's just a bit too much for a pre-made solution of piercing cleaner.I wish I had this stuff after I got pierced instead of the generic cleaner the piercer gives you afterwards. If you are new, I highly recommend this stuff. It is ideal over usual aftercare products.Again, not a miracle worker but certainly worth a try on your piercings.

Really great product. Really helped speed the healing process up, I was having difficulty getting my piercing to heal and this did the job. Any time the piercing seemed to have a flare up it really helped clean it and calm it down, healed super quick with not issues since. Definitely would recommend for any new piercings
Very good, convenient and easy to use
I really liked this product due to the fact it very convenient and quick to use on your piercings. I also love the look and design of the product. However the one dislike I have for it is the spray nozzle the way it disperses the product it can be quite wasteful. Due to the fact of how the nozzle is the price of the product is a bit expensive to be repeatedly buying. But all in all it’s a good product and I’d recommend it to a friend.
Horrible customer service
The product itself is great. I've purchased from other places in the past. However it is unnecessarily expensive from this seller. I had an issue receiving my order and the customer service was patronising and just all over the place

I like the fact that you can use this whilst you are on the go and/or whilst you are not at home or unable to do SSS's. I tend to use this when I stay at my bestie's for the weekend so for 3 days I used this.I have double helix's on both ears.By the 3rd day all piercings (front and back) were showing signs of infection and I was spraying a generous amount on the 2 or 3 times a day.On top of that I visit my best every month, this only lasted me 3 trips to his. It doesn't have instructions on how much to use or how long you should hold the spray for, or the distance to hold it at, so no-one knows if you are being too generous or too stingy.Also for salt water, it is expensive for what it is. You are really paying for the convenience of having it transportable in a spray can...
