My now almost 10 year old female German shepherd thrives on this food and she’s a pickier eater now that she’s older. Very mobile and active for a dog her age and it helps coat shine a lot as well, and good solid stools. Packaging is decent too when it arrives. Bolo usually guarantees same day delivery but not always. There’s inconsistency with that but not a big deal

Light in color. My dog loves the taste, he has no problem eating this dog food. I believe it smells better than some brands. Not as expensive as others. I believe it's a great value for the size. The tumeric in it has had a great effect on my dogs yeast infection.

I’m giving them 4 stars only because it’s a little pricey BUT you get what you pay for! We started buying this for our older dog who has a lot of skin issues and have been really happy with it! She devours it the second we put it in her bowl and it honestly seems to have helped with her skin issues. It is small pieces which is good for her older teeth, but she has no problems chewing it.

Since we've been feeding our senior, rescused black lab Blue Buffalo, he';s gained some energy. Loves to go out, run, catch a ball. We took him off a well known dog food that was referred to us by our vet. The dog food was loaded with wheat, barley, corn additives, and chicken parts, which are ground up chicken parts we as humans would never eat. Blue Buffalo is great dog food, with no chicken parts and vastly fewer grains. Our senior, rescued dog is now much younger and ready to take to the fields and jump into our nearby river. Blue Buffalo: a very good, well thought out product.
