The spray paint worked very well for my purpose! I used it to paint a sword prop made of card stock and foam. It easily adhered and let the lacquer finish! Only issue I had was that the paint would come off when the sword accidentally smacked into walls as I wore it on my person at a con - but that could be seen as my fault in terms of not using a sealant. All and all, worked pretty well and amazing for the price :)(Apologies for poor quality of photos)

With lots of experience using spray paint in cans, and knowing what challenges can be expected when using your finger to press the button valve, I decided to try the Can Gun 1 spray adapter. Huge improvement in comfort, efficiency, and control. The Krylon Lacquer discharged with a fine mist, no sputtering or clogging. The finish dried fast, 15 minutes between coats, and produced a smooth, consistent finish. Based on past experiences with canned spray paints, I'm confident that the Can Gun 1 adapter played a significant role in improving the application process. Additionally it is critical that the can be shaken, agitated vigorously prior to and during application.

I used this to paint after doing some body work on a 1948 Chevy. Amazingly it was a near perfect match to the car. Sprayed on smooth and dried to a nice gloss. Covered well too.

I grabbed this brand after my usual brand went up in price by a lot. This was cheap, and I assumed it would work because spray lacquer isn't rocket science. Well, they seem to have not figure out how to make it with decent quality control. I am not sure if there is supposed to be a shaker-ball, but mine doesn't have one. Every other brand I've used has one, to help mix it.Heck, it dribbled out all over my fingers as well.I followed the directions, which are the same as my normal brand, and nothing changed. At best this may be good for laying down layers before sanding, but it sure won't be the final coat.Be warned - Try it on a test piece first. If you got one like mine, it will ruin your finish instantly, requiring you to start over.
