My brother and maternal grandmother were lactose intolerant later in life and I am finding I'm experiencing some of the same things now after 55! I love eating a cookie with a glass of milk or enjoy eating a carton of yogurt. And don't get me started on needing a piece of cheese every day. Well cheese seems OK but I take a tablet of this lactaid with any glass of milk and so far so good! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. I just know what works for me! I'm not willing to give up real milk because it just tastes better to me than almond milk. I still enjoy an almond milk latte however!!!~The Rebecca Review

Works like it should! No grumbling tummy or worse farts after eating dairy! Take one at the beginning of the eating delicious (insert dairy product). Only one tablet needed! Packaged individually so you can take it on the go! Small size so can fit in your pocket, purse easily. Great value for the money, way cheaper than buying at the drug store.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Over time, I've learned to trust this brand. I've had consistent results with it. I currently have to take a medication that includes lactose as a filler. By taking one of these pills with it, I can avoid the lactose side effects.

Work mostly well. There have been a few times it felt weaker against some dairy products, but generally reliable. A lot of pills, which are quite small, for the price, and they work just fine if used with the dairy product you're consuming.

Per intolleranti al lattosio
Usato da moltissimi anni da mia suocera intollerante al lattosio. I primi anni lo acquistavo io quando mi recavo negli USA da noi reperibile solo sotto forma di gocce che si ossidavano con estrema facilità. Il prodotto è efficace per intolleranti (attenzione intolleranti l'allergia è tutt'altra cosa). Comodissimo al ristorante preso dopo un pasto neutralizza gli effetti indesiderati di chi è intollerante. Ottimo prodotto. Prezzo quasi lo stesso tradotto in euro dei supermercati Americani. Consigliatissimo a chi a problemi con il lattosio, ormai ovunque.
