Wrote a rave review about how much I love the body wash from this same line and how it has SAVED me from mystery inner thigh patches that have been causing extreme discomfort for over a year. It wasn’t regular chafing, was unbearably itchy and affecting my everyday quality of life. When combining the use of this product and the body wash, the patches and their various side effects have gone away. Soothing and gentle, a little goes a long way but would opt for the two pack if you’re worried or need one for travel and one at home! I’ve used comparable Vagisil creams that felt grainy and were not super effective. This cream is truly a cream! No weird texture, and all the results.

This is just cortisone. You'll need the monistat cream with miconizole to get rid of infection.

Everyone is different, so when it comes to items like these it's a trial and error process. I found this to work for me and help with external itching. The relief did last for a good amount of time. It is hydrocortisone, but I found this to work better than a previous brand I was using. I did not experience any negative symptoms or reactions.Some important things to note:There is NO inner seal (under the cap). Checked the produduct website and says that it is produced/sold without one (so that is how it supposed to look/be).There is no tape or seal on the box (lid) either. There is a clear plastic wrap around the box but it only covers the box completely if you are purchasing a 2 pack (I assume). The item I received (ordered 1) had no clear wrapping on one side, leaving me to believe it was part of a 2 pack that was cut in half.

I have been suffering for the past few weeks from outer vaginal itching. I tried everything, not that I need to go into detail. I decided to try this and I can’t believe how the itching stops totally within the first five minutes and last for at least 10 hours.
