No cap....? never seen that before. Slight herbal scent that dissipates quickly. I have lost count of how many mousses for fine/thin hair, I've tried, Perhaps it's time to give up!!!

I've tried a lot of different styling products for fine hair and this is the best by far. It is not sticky and does not leave your hair feeling greasy while providing a light hold.

I’ve never used a product that checks all the boxes like Aveda Phomollient does: it makes my thick, wavy, color-processed hair a bit softer and a lot more manageable, taming the tangles and smoothing split ends, and it gives my hair a healthy shine , plus light to moderate hold. The 6.7-ounce bottle is just the right size, not taking up a ton of storage space, but providing plenty of product. Note: a little goes a long way. My hair’s shoulder-length, and I use no more than a squirt-and-a-quarter. And can we just talk for a second about Phomollient’s amazing scent? It’s neither feminine nor masculine — it just smells great. You will get compliments. Pricey? Yep, a bit. But the quality is 100% there.
