You can't go wrong with this seasoning, for beef, pork, chicken and even fish. SOmehow, it has the perfect blend of spices without loads of unnecessary filling for volume.You may feel that seasonings are all pretty much the same, as I did prior to trying this out many years ago, due to the brand I normally used being out of stock at a local Gelson's Market (which is an upscale grocery store that carries the highest quality products in all departments). When I approached the butcher counter to ask about the brand I couldn't find in the aisle with all the seasonings, this was displayed above the array of high quality meats and seafood kept cold behind glass, and the bitcher recommended I try it out. I didn't feel it would match the taste of what I was used to, but when ahead and bought it to try out. Everyone was so pleased and it became my favorite seasoning to reach for.Over the past ten years or more since we started using this seasoning, we've tried it on veggies, as well, and it compliments the flavor of anything it's used on. For roasts, there's really no equal, and it's equally excellent on pork, chicken and fish (although Old Bay seasoning is hard to beat on many types of fish).If you're in the market for trying out a new seasoning that is so tasty and versatile, this is a great one to add to your spice cupboard or rack. It makes my mouth water even mentioning how good it tastes, and not a lot of things do so for me. This is great!

I’m on my 19th bottle bought from Bolo. This is the best seasoning ever. Great on all meat!! I usually use it to dry brine my steaks, chicken, prime rib, and pork ribs overnight in the fridge. My whole family loves it. They really should change the name to All Purpose Super Seasoning!!

I use this product for just about everything! We love it......Kick your steaks up a notch by also using Kikkoman Citrus PONZU. To roast my whole chicken or turkey I apply butter then Lindberg seasoning...that's all!

It a very good seasoning I like it alot it's good on every kinda meat hamburgers awesome porkchops pork roast steaks pot roasts even chicken try it out I'm sure you will like it I love it it's not easy to find in the Northern part of the states I found it in a grocery store in California while on vacation So I order it off Bolo that Bolo for having it

This is the second time I have purchased this seasoning. Last for a long time and gives our meat a wonderful flavor. It's an all in one seasoning. Really good sprinkled on prime rib. Not thrilled with the container as have troubles locking the lid. This happened on my first one also so had to put it in a different container. I did send the seller a note but never did get a reply on the container issue. Still would buy it as worth the flavor it gives our meat.
