This vitamin is for both Men and Women, not tailor made for either. It is a solid choice for a general vitamin supplement which is not sex specific in its contents or quantities. The best thing about this vitamin (other than the comprehensive nature of its vitamin and minerals) is its price. It is very reasonably priced on Bolo... and you can set it up to be auto-replenished using Bolo Prime's subscription feature will will allow you to get it less expensively going forward without having to even pay attention about when to reorder it (since you control the subscription frequency).
