When I bought these awhile back they were just an inexpensive B complex to me, like the 4 other different B complex bottles I had. Then I had a problem where my nerves were injured, and learned B1, B6, and B12 all helped. I started taking another brand, and nothing happened. I figured maybe they had been damaged by summer heat. I tried these next, and noticed a difference in a few hours. That seemed a bit odd so I compared all the bottles. The other bottles were crap and I immediately threw them out. Most were not time release, some almost no actual vitamin value, and the ones that did often had a serving size of multiple pills. These were BY FAR the best, and they are priced nicely, so I am here writing this review as I buy two more bottles.
