SOLID!! Also a bit bigger than others, but I have zero concerns about this breaking down like some others do that are cheaper. I bought another step about the same time as this that was half as expensive...it was also about half the size, and made in China, so I didn't even open the box once I saw how well this one was made. I also got the square version of this so I could get this up to the full 12" so I can use it for YMCA step test for fitness evaluations with clients. I could have just bought the extra risers, but they are smaller sized and the money was the same to just get the 12" square step that has 4 risers itself. It is solid as a rock and no wiggle with 4 risers under each side. Side note: I sent first one back because adhesive on top was not applied well and had air bubbles below it, but second one was fine and the tread has great traction.

I love everything about this aerobic platform!I love the fact that it's so sturdy. I never feel unsafe when I'm using it, and I think it'll last for years and years, if not decades.I love the fact that I can change the height so easily. It makes the platform more versatile. (Right now, I'm just beginning step aerobics again after a knee injury, and I have it at its lowest height, which is pretty low. In a week or two, I'll be adding height to the platform, and that's so easy to do.)I love the fact that I can store it so easily. When I'm not injured, I usually store it in my bedroom closet because, with a platform bed, I can't store it under the bed. There is no "under the bed" space. Right now, though, due to my injury, I'm sleeping on a futon on the ground floor on my home, and I store this between two bookcases. It's out of the way, and it won't fall. It's so easy to slide out every morning and every evening when I do my stepping.I love the fact that the surface is non-skid, especially since I'm recovering from an injury.I really love the fact that I'm gaining strength and mobility, as well as cardiopulmonary fitness, with every workout.If you've done step aerobics before, you know how great a workout it can be. If you haven't done step aerobics, please know it's an exercise that strengthens your legs, helps your balance, and gives you a good aerobic workout as well. If you're just beginning exercise, however, take it slow. You'll see more progress if you build slowly but steadily. Consistency is the key. And if you have a medical condition, be sure to check with your doctor first.I think this is the best aerobic platform I could have purchased. I love it, and I expect to gain a lot of strength and mobility from it very quickly. It's been a real blessing for me.

Very well made; sturdy and works as intended. I opted for this style because it is the same as my physical therapist uses, No wobble, sturdy (mine is on an area rug, at PT it is directly on floor - doesn't move around either location). Accurately described including height specs. If the price works for you, I recommend. . Comes with an insert regarding safety and also a website for online streaming workout videos along with a customer service phone #.

The workout I can do with this step is the best one so far. I am a good sized woman and this is sturdy enough for me. I can store the risers in the corner of my room and not be seen and the step itself just stand nest to the wall easily out of the way. I have had great workout with this step and I even like the pink color.I would definatly recomment this step.

I purchased this since it was used in the Kim Kardashian workout videos I purchased. This is my first step and it looks like the same one used in the video. So far I'm pretty pleased with it. It seems to be good quality with lots of thought put into how the product is used- yes a step seems very simple, but this one does have some nice details. I like that I can have 3 different heights to vary my workout. Also, it's clear safety was considered, I have carpeted floors and it does not budge! Even trying to scoot it across after I'm done working out doesn't work! haha. You have to actually pick it up and move it. Also, the top grip surface helps a lot. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself when you're trying to get in shape by using some cheap equipment. It was a bit pricey, but I managed to get a used one on here that wasn't so bad, but it still seems worth it.The only negatives I can think of- the risers do not really "click" in- the step just sits on top of them. It's annoying when going to move it or flip it over because they do not stay on. Doesn't affect the use of the product, because it's still very stable, even when jumping around on it. More of an annoyance than anything. Also, if you are doing pushups or something the grips on the top really dig into my hands and it's too uncomfortable to use that way. I may have to try someone's suggestion to put a towel over for that or Kim wore little gloves in her tape. But again, it keeps it safe when you're stepping.Overall, I would purchase again and it's definitely a must for some workouts. I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons. I'd rather spend a little more and get a better quality product than skimp and risk safety or have something that seems like it will break.

I purchased this step with six risers to have more options to be able to go as high as 10 inches. It arrived in perfect condition and looks great. I cut up the box to fit the pieces so I can place them on it and easily slide under my bed for storage and back out for use: one for the step, and a couple more for three stacks of 2 risers. I love the non slip material on top of the step. I have an old step from the 1990s with a different design that only goes to 8” and had a hard plastic top with a raised design that isn’t near as skin friendly, so this Freestyle Step is a big step up. :-). I feel like I have a professional quality piece that will last forever.

The delivery was quick and promoted but was surprised to see how ruffed up the package was delivered. Which got me thinking is the item damaged plus are there any small items missing if any since the box was also torn. But once I opened the box I was delighted to find the stepper parts where all there and nothing was damaged.Strong and durable.The Step F1011W comes with two sets of legs which can be applied when needIng a different height. I find the length of the Step F1011W to be the proper size for performing the routines as well as secured to the floor especially when standing or stepping to one end of the unit. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Desde hace tiempo quería tener uno así, es tal cual como los que usaban en las clases de aerobics que iba yo hace años. Y aún más bonito porque este es color rosa. El único detalle es que debería venir con más escalones, para poder aumentar la altura. Compré unos por separado, pero viene un poquito diferente la medida. Eso sí se me hizo bastante caro, pero es un lujo que me di. 100% recomendable. Tiene excelente calidad.

Keep life simple and keep the things that work. This is a strong and stable step that settles all parts on place and doesn't move. I’m a bigger person right now so i didn't want to take chances with anything that might give or bow or wobble… specs say it supports 350 lbs. Got the full size version and the normal original raisers so the only setup is flat/level. I purchased one extra set of black raisers to give me 3 per side which allows seated leg raises better as well arm curls with both hands together with a 6 lb dumbbell in each.Also got myself GymBoss interval timer as well here on Bolo so i don't have to fuss with iPhone apps… setup two intervals of 33s each for 10 reps. Lets me use the step to do 40 leg raises with 20 per leg totalling about 30 seconds then dumbell curls with both hands for 30 sec. Repeat…
