I work for a non profit in a unit that is always challenged to produce with limited office supplies due to budget issues. My work requires strong expandable folders for large files. Smead is a nationally known brand that is more expensive in retail outlets in my area who stock this brand. The product through Bolo was a clearly reduced price from the local market and was sent quickly and arrived intact. The product has held up very well with large files which get pulled and filed regularly.

I've come back to buy this product a couple times now. Very good for keeping customer files, vendor files, my personal papers, really any type of papers in order. The accordion sides allow the pocket to minimize the space it consumes in my filing cabinets, and it allows me to move organized and categorized chunks of paper at a time to and from my work space.I highly recommend this product for small businesses who need to keep massive amounts of paper in order, or even for people who have multiple projects and need to keep their papers in separate but organized pockets.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It is much better than a file folder because it is more of a pocket. Papers will not slide out the sides as with a standard file folder. Plenty of room in these expandable pockets to hold many papers.

Don't pay more for these at Staples or Office Max these are just as great and a better price. We use them in office every day and they hold up very well. They are re-used many times over and it is rare we throw them away due to one falling apart.
