I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice - I personally don’t like electrolyte powders and drinks and find myself not wanting to finish a whole glass. These are much easier for me to take than anything else I’ve tried. The pills are small but the texture isn’t coated so have a lot of water handy. They don’t particularly taste like anything.

I started getting these when I played college tennis. Our coach would literally just hand them out daily. I can be cramping and then I take a pack twice a day and drink water and it helps sooo much! I personally prefer pills to drinking a beverage because it’s so much easier! Definitely worth the money !

These are very handy. They come in a 2-pack package that easily fits in your pocket, purse or anything while your on the go. Just pop them in your mouth, swallow and you will fill rejuvenated and help prevent you from getting a headache or dehydration while working outside in the heat!

Not treating menopause as I believe synthetic meds cause more conditions and Birth Control and/or hormone replacement I believe contribute to breast cancer since it alters your natural system so I have sweats and I dehydrate often. Taking 2 in the am, 2 in pm and 2 before I work outside in the heat sweating to the point of being soaked I found this helps. Dealing with dehydration painful muscle spasms and craps was terrible til I finally with these and Electrolyte tables when I didn't prevent right has helped beyond words. I choose to go through menopause without synthetic meds and go natural and not alter my natural cycle. I believe prevention is the best cure so I'm going to be a witness to natural is safe and cancer preventative. I was floored when Breast Cancer sites and facilities don't ask women with breast cancer if EVER took Birth control and/or HORMONE REPLACEMENT as I found every survivor I asked took one or the other or both. I was in family practice 11+ years and holistic 7+ years.
