Since I am lactose intolerant and can't eat regular yogurt I have to get the same properties of yogurt a different way but this brand is the first one that has not made me burp like crazy I will definitely be buying this as refills on a regular basis

I loved that it does exactly what it says, I've tried so many things to help regulate me.. and this product did jus that! I'm more regular daily nw, and also its hepls with losing weight I'm loving this product! If ur having trouble losing weight, or goin to the bathroom regularly then this is the product for u!I have nothing bad to say bout it.Love this product!

I can conclusively state that this product does NOT contain active cultures. The whole point of taking acidophilus capsules is to mimic the intake of the beneficial bacteria found in yoghurt. Well, I use acidophilus to make my own yoghurt, and for years the brand PB8 worked great for this purpose. However due to supply problems, I had to switch brands, and Swanson brand came up totally dead. No biotic activity of any kind, even after two days of brewing at an idea temperature. Maybe I just got a dud bottle, but it's more likely that all these people touting the wonder-effects of taking this product's beneficial bacteria are just experiencing the placebo effect. The batch I got was completely inert - useless.

I've only been taking this for about a week, but it seems to upset my stomach. I'll give it a little more time but if it still upsets my stomach I will stop using it.
