Shipping was quick, packaging was excellent, dissolves well in water as long as you shake it well.I always felt hungry, and these actually helped with my hunger and helped me feel full. As i was not using this for that purpose, it was a great bonus. Helped me relax and stay level headed. Was awesome.

Started taking this to help alleviate symptoms of multiple sclerosis and it has been a miracle so far. The tingling and painful pin pricks have stopped, no more sore muscles and joints, and my energy has shot thru the roof. My insomnia has subsided and I even lost five pounds. Would highly recommend but if you are an MS patient please discuss with your doctor to make sure this is right for you and your drug treatments.

Dinged 1 star for the price, other brands offer cheaper inositol. Aside from that I use inositol for cortisol modulation as I get CrossFit induced insomnia on especially hard days at the box. Taking a few of these helps to modulate the cortisol which gets rid of the terrible smelling night sweats (from raised coritsol levels) and allows me to fall asleep much easier and get a better quality of sleep.

Inositol is a staple in our house, and this product is excellent. I've tried a lot of different brands, and this is very comparable to other inositol brands. We prefer the capsules even though the powdered inositol mixed into liquid seems to be more effective in a faster timeframe. Swanson's service is excellent. The product arrives very quickly after my order. I'm a very satisfied Swanson's customer.

I started taking this along with Now Foods GABA and Kelp caps, so I am not sure which one is giving me the happy feeling, but something is certainly doing the trick! I don't feel as irritated or depressed as I have been for as long as I can remember and I feel like actually getting things done. Maybe it's a placebo, maybe it's the winter finally ending, but I don't care. I will continue to take all three!I gave the same review to the GABA and Kelp to be fair....

Seems to work well, my husband suffers with general anxiety ... he's much more relaxed. He's a skeptical person when it comes to supplements etc ... and he's has ordered more.... so that tells you something!!

Unfortunately, this gave me body aches & pains, along with headaches.I was willing to stick it out because all supplements have some sort of transient side effects in the beginning.However, this made me sooo hungry and I have seen online that it has done the same for others, and that they’ve actually gained weight from inositol.I also experienced SUPER insomnia, to the point where I would get into bed early, but not fall asleep until 4/5 am.So, I didn’t want to chance the weight gain and continue to not sleep at all.Glad it worked for others to lose weight and to sleep better, but it just didn’t work for me 😞

I was advised by my neurologist that this new vitamin may help my neuropathy and restless leg syndrome (RLS). So, I decided to give it a try. I just started taking the capsule a week ago. It may take a little while to get an idea how it is working. I can give a better feedback in the near future. Thank you for producing a vitamin that could potentially settle or relax the nerve problems I have, as well as others.
