This is the massage cream I learned to use in massage school 24 years ago. It was my teacher's favorite. I ended up making my own massage oils for years, but recently switched back to Biotone. It is not the least expensive, but it is the best quality. This one has arnica in it, which is great for people with chronic pain. The glide is just grippy enough, and unlike oil, it doesn't stain the sheets, my clients dint have to worry about getting oil on their clothes, and if I do a house call, I don't have to worry about spilling. The scent is very subtle, but it reminds me of high end spas, which is soothing.
