The description clearly states this comes in a box and the pictures imply manufacturer packaging is used.This is a plastic baggie filled with loose packets from who knows where. I don't, because there's no information on the baggie.No way to file a complaint or return the product because, as someone else pointed out, it's perishable and not in the original packaging.Shady - just shady.

Bought a pack of 100 for friend who is a coffee addict. He's in medical facility at moment but has instant coffee & an electric pot to heat water. I thought all sugar was equal, but he says these are best. So I got 100 for me. They're much easier & less messy on outings than a plastic bowl. And they do taste a little bit sweeter than the generic sugar I was using
