This item is completely useless without a lid! If I wanted an open container I would’ve just used something I had around the house! I asked for a replacement but now I’m worried that won’t have a lid either and I’m going to end up running out to the pet store.Update: The new one, with a lid, arrived! It’s perfect! I’m still a bit annoyed because I paid for same day shipping and didn’t get a usable product until two days later.I will update when the replacement gets here!

Aggravated is an understatement. Open a crested gecko and many of the items I purchased including her terrarium are all from exoterra. Their products are always top notch. I just needed something small to keep her in while I clean out her terrarium. So of course I went with exoterra and this medium sized enclosure However, to my EXTREME disappointment and annoyance It came with no lid!!!! NONE ! REALLY?? Not quite sure I can place all the blame on exoterra this must. This could have also been an Bolo fulfillment issue but really how ignorant does someone have to be? I'm aggravated that I have to purchase something else and the fact that I have to return this.

Bought these for the kids to run around catching bugs, frogs and lizards. Was able to throw away all their little jars for these and they look super nice and work great. They seem a bit larger than I expected which is perfect, I was hoping it wouldn’t be too small and it wasn’t. It’s a great value for the money and would be easy to clean.

Bought this for my daughter who captured and took care of a preying mantis for a couple of weeks for scouts. The lid at the top made it super easy to open and drop in dinner. The walls were clear enough that we could watch her stalk and devour her prey. It is small enough that it could sit on our table without taking up much room and the size was good for a hunting mantis. We originally tried a butterfly enclosure we had but it was too big for her to hunt effectively. The plastic is sturdy and I wasn't worried about it breaking and releasing her or her prey. Once she deposited her egg sack we relocated her and the lid (with egg sack attached) outside under a bush to await hatching. It stayed there all winter and into spring and the lid is still in great condition.

Everyone is saying it didn't come with a lid. When I opened mine up- it was 3 lids and no container? How does this even happen.

All i can say is look at the recent reviews. It have a high overall rating but most new reviews are low star reviews and cheap product issues along side my no lid issue.They are sending a replacement, now waiting for and fingers cross the same mistake dont happen again. I got the bottom only. I will update if nice or not when i get it, the base seems nice but still lacks a lid and the lid parts.UPDATE they sent a replacement and same thing no lid. no lid parts either. Waste of time.ANOTHER UPDATE after 2nd with no lid, i went to return again and had two options, one to return and get a replacement and one to return to put on my card but since it was the 2nd replacement i made a claim on it was saying $0.00. I had them call me twice and both times, it played music and then nothing and after about 10 mins hang up. One of the calls i ended b/c there was no music and said 1 min wait and 2 min wait so i was not going to sit there with no music wondering if it will ever get picked up. After the 2nd call i chatted with them and it was really hard to talk with a real live person. They were understanding. Full refund. I said i wanted another but if it comes with no lid then no, but after 2 attempts its highly unlikely it will have a lid. They said dont worry about returning and refunded me and gave me a month of Bolo free back. I went on to order another same brand off another site and waiting for that in the mail.Now today randomly now a week later just about and there came a box from Bolo and inside was a tank with a lid and the lid taped to the top and a note saying it was a set. So i did end up getting the tank and lid. I had the same one before and not the best but not bad for 10 bucks. Changed to 3 stars but the lid issue.... The price is good but the hassle is still an annoyance but i was not expecting the tank to come today. I did order another identical tank from another seller on another platform but it has not even been dropped off to USPS yet so this 100% came from Bolo and marked as so. Thumbs up Bolo for making it right. This was a product sold and shipped by Bolo. Not a small vendor.

We keep finding lizards in the front yard. My son can catch them. The first 2 he caught he wanted them as pets. My kids held them for hours, and the lizards didn't try to run away. So we got this box, and added a heating lamp, and we collected pesky bugs inside the house, and on the porch, and fed it to our Lizards, Rango and Leo.

Buena calidad, la tapa trae un asa para poder transportarlo con facilidad, la tapadera tiene un buen sistema de cierre anti fugas Al igual que la rejilla que facilita la circulación de aire pero a la vez el espacio que deja es mínimo, lo hace ideal para meter pequeños reptiles. Como siempre ExoTera muy confiable.

First came without a lid, got a lid the second time but crickets keep escaping Ive found 6 crickets in my house in the 2 days since i started to use this thing. Had to cover the lid with tape :/

Très bien. Si ce n'est que le couvercle n est pas évident à ouvrir. Ce qui n est pas toujours pratique quand on veux ouvrir sans faire tout tomber à l intérieur.
