They put this in Red Bull and I think it's one of the reasons it helps gives me wings.. Yeah, it's a sugar alcohol, but I take this to help take the edge off my day during the day. I'll take one with every meal during the day and it helps my mood. Let's put it this way, I no longer have after lunch doldrums.

Please be careful
I have PCOS and trying to conceive for a while now. I ovulate every month and I have a period every month (because of healthy living). The only thing is that my periods are heavy and I am not getting pregnant. I tried these pills for 1,5 month and it not only delayed my ovulation, it also delayed my period with 7 days. Not only this. I got a very long and very heavy period. Never in my life did I experience this much pain. I cried. It also gave me headaches and pimples.No never again!! Made my situation worse.
