I tried acid reducers, gas x, etc for the plethora of problems I was experiencing on a daily basis.A friend of mine told me that my issue might be that my body couldn't digest certain foods based on what I told her. Turns out that certain fats and sugars are causing a lot of my problems. I saw the reviews on this product and decided to give them a try. I take one or two with each meal (I only eat once or twice a day) in addition to my morning dose of prebiotic/probiotic.My symptoms are gone or greatly diminished depending on the day and what I'm eating. I'm sleeping through each night peacefully and I feel so much better. Oddly enough, this product helps me burp more easily for some reason when a large part of my problem before was my inability to burp. It's weird.I will continue to buy this product in the future!

I always take two pills before dinner, my biggest meal of the day. Serving size is 1 pill, but perhaps because of my age, 68, I feel that two works better. I do wonder at the price, though. At two pills a day, this 120 capsule size will last me two months (not 4 as you might expect). So, I guess the price isn't that high, about $0.50 a day

I've been taking digestive enzymes for about 15 years and have tested numerous brands during that time. I believe I'm getting the best results from this product.Natural Factors is a very high quality manufacturer that I trust. The products are made in Canada where they actually have stricter supplement manufacturing rules than here in the States.For years I had to take medications for an illness that I managed to beat. That medicine left me with a sensitive stomach so I look for natural remedies that help digestion. I don't think there are any miracle products or quick fixes. Digestive enzymes are one of the important pieces in the puzzle and I'm very satisfied that this product is doing its job.

A woman I know who recommends alternative products for cats suggested this for my kitty--who has chronic renal failure. It is very important to know what you are giving a cat is safe as the simplest things can kill them. But she assured me that this was safe, and would resolve some of my cat's issues with hairballs and frequent vomiting possibly due to her kidney failure. Since taking this for the past three years she has virtually stopped throwing up hairballs and is living MUCH longer than many cats with this disease. I also think it helps her process/digest food more efficiently which is also important for her health condition.

These enzymes work!! I listened to one of those long FB infomercial about how their product would fix all your symptoms. At the end it they were selling enzymes. I know all enzymes are not the same but these Natural Factors have brought me the same symptomatic relief that was promised by the ad for considerably less.

I knew as a vegetarian, I would be eating a lot of beans on vacation, which I love but they don't seem to love me. I did some research and discovered that alpha-galactosidase was a highly recommended enzyme for bean digestion. The supplement arrived about a week before my trip. I started taking one per day, increasing to two per day once we began our travels. I experienced NO stomach upset. I was shocked. I had a truly wonderful vacation and continued taking the enzymes until the bottle ran out. During lockdown, I started having a lot of digestive pain, gas and bloating. It could happen at any time of day, not always after eating. I quickly ordered another bottle and the pain went away the same day I took the first capsule. I now just take one capsule per day and my belly has never been happier. I hope this review helps even one person with uncomfortable digestive issues.

I sure like these High Potency Multi Enzymes by Natural Factors as they agree with me. I have tried other enzymes which did not agree with me, so am very pleased I found these. Very good for the digestion.
