So far I've always been happy with this companies products. This is not different. I use it in gluten free baking as a flour replacement along with other gf flours. Its not gritty like some rice flours. I love to use the white sauce recipe on the back, always works nicely. Great for sauces. Do have to be careful as how you use it when baking as too much can make final products/baked goods, gooey or chewy. Too much in not better in this case.

It makes the bestest Fried Chicken and Chicken Livers ever. And the gravy is to die for. Pricey but worth every penny!!!!! Gluten Free diet sucks but I would use this sweet rice flour even if I wasn't on GF diet. Just divine!
