Fresh! I could tell because I made tea from it and the oils are still there. The tea was very fragrant and creamy. Also grat on roast chicken along with garlic. Decent price, too. A good buy.

This seasoning is very versatile and easy to use. Great for so many foods and baked goods. I made Italian bread with Rosemary and garlic, it stands up well to the dry heat of an oven. In sauces it kind of blooms in taste but isn’t overpowering unless you use quite a bit.Highly recommend
