This will be the first time that the debut CD entitled "Ritual" is available world-wide! The record was remastered by Hans Fredriksson at the Rommaro Studio, one of the top studios in Sweden. It's remarkable, what Fredriksson gets out of the mixing which already was very good at the time of the first release. Songs such as the great opener Wingspread or the brilliant, violin influenced Typhoons Decide are rocking with a sound spectrum never known before. Even experts on this album will be surprised and will discover new musical refinements.

I can't imagine anyone hearing a song off this album not liking the song, but you'd be way off judging this album by just one or two songs. Very canterbury-folky in places, rocks in other places. Some might think the album lacks focus; it is not a theme oriented piece, which in my case is a welcome relief. Some of these songs are downright bouyant. As expected, the musicianship is great, but the heart put into these performances suggest a real enthusiasm and sentiment for the material. I'd recommend this album to any fan of '70s progressive rock, and of course, it has its Yes-ish moments, but I wouldn't at all compare this group to other keyboard driven bands like Glass Hammer or Cairo because the use of keyboards are kept in-check by a multitude of acoustic instruments giving this album has a very organic feel, not a over-processed, strident sound like some non-metal prog bands do now-a-days. This album stays in regular rotation and I can see fans of The Flower Kings being very taken with it.

This album is awesome. Former lead singer of Dead and Divine, which was an underrated band. If you like badass hardcore punk music buy it. This is a fun album to crank up and drink whiskey to it.

Il disco che ancora non avevo in formato fisico è un vero capolavoro. Un'eccellente produzione folk-prog con ritmi melodici complessi che mi ricordano i primissimi YES ma con un tocco personale e innovativo considerato l'anno di produzione. Peccato mi sia stata inviato in un'imballo inadeguato e privo di qualsiasi protezione antiurto al suo interno. Cosa che ha inficiato la sua custodia. Poco male la sostituiro', però mi aspettavo maggior cura.
