Twenty years ago, my PCP recommended that I take a magnesium complex, heavy emphasis on citrate, and through trial and error, it became apparent that this particular brand's configuration was the best for my health. I've used it ever since. On the rare occasion that I ran out, and had to use another brand until this one again became available, my health suffered, sadly, very much. I truly believe in this product, and am very grateful to be able to share that so others, too, may get similar benefits.

For me, this is a good magnesium. It doesn't bother my stomach, it absorbs well and when my eye starts to twitch, I know I forgot to take it. I highly recommend.
