I own the high ball (this one), the low ball glass, and stemmed wine glasses. All have lasted a long time 5+ years. The etching keeps them from being slippery and the different designs stop glass mixup by guests. They are clearly not high end glass more medium grade. Sturdy and nice looking worth the for the price.

Save your money, The glass is so thin that it broke while being washed. It’s very fragile, scared to drink from the others because it could break while drinking out of them. Not worth the money way too expensive for the quality. They say they are dishwasher safe but if you do wrap them in bubble wrap because they will break. They are cute but not worth getting cut over.

The big reason I considered not getting these was because there were a bunch of reviews commenting on the fragility of the glasses. Pretty sure I saw one say they replaced their glasses every 6 months. For normal use, an alcoholic beverage or two in your home, they are great. I have to assume people constantly breaking them are getting hammered and dropping them on concrete?! Not sure, but I haven’t broken mine yet and they go in the dishwasher just fine.

I really like these glasses. They are a good size, a nice weigted bottom and I like the subtle etched designs, but they are delicate. One broke last night just from the ice dropping into it from my refridgerator door. I will now have ice drop into a plastic cup and then pour the ice from the plastic cup into the glasses. Go ahead and buy these glasses, but be careful dropping ice into them.

I know that Mikasa is a good brand since our champagne flutes from our wedding are Mikasa. As soon as I saw that, I purchased them! They did not disappoint!!! The patterns are etched, they are crystal and are a perfect thickness (not super thin and not super thick). For the price, they are exquisite and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We love these glasses! Great size, and design.FYI: glass will break, their glasses! To the one star review below, yes they’re bottom heavy and “paper thin”, but all glass will break if one is not careful. I have NOT had an issue with them breaking.

Be Careful - Knockoff
These are not Mikasa (they are poor knockoff)I have been buying this line for years -be warned these are not authentic.The rim is different, etching is faded, and pattern flawed.
Nice glasses but break constantly
Ended up with three set's of 4 glasses of these. Out of 12 glasses I think I am down to about 3 left that haven't chipped or broken.The first set arrived with two broken out of the four (in the box). Called Bolo and they sent another set of 4. Thankfully none of these were broken. However, within about 6 months I think another three had chipped or broken as well around the top lip mostly.Bolo replaced them a second time. (I love this about Bolo, thank-you)However, I just threw out another one that was broken, and at least two more have chips. I do put these in the dishwasher, top shelf only. And the dishwasher is new and has never broken a glass of any other make (I have glassware from other brands)The sad part is, I like the laser etching, the weight of the glassware and style. I just wish it had a bit thicker and more durable top lip to it, which I think would prevent it from constantly cracking.I've never had issues with other glassware in our house breaking like these seem to.
