This product is a dry type of lubricant for vinyl windows and other products. It lists uses on the can. It comes with a long thin straw type applicator to reach into tight areas.All of my vinyl windows from 1997 had become difficult to open and close. Some of them barely moved and one wouldn't budge at all.I just cleaned my windows first. Then opened them inwards to spray this on the sides of the lifting mechanisms to lightly coat. I also applied it on anything that was stuck or difficult such as the window locks and the mechanisms that slide to allow the window to detach for easy cleaning.Just place the windows back in place, then push them up and down until they slide effortlessly. You'll know if they need a little more spray. For the window that wouldn't budge, I couldn't open it inwards, up or down. I saturated every crevice, lock and side locking mechanism, waited 5 mins, nothing. I attached the little red straw to really get into all the tight spaces. I went to work on the next window. When I came back, the window started working! This window didn't work properly the day I moved in years ago. After I was able to open it inward, I cleaned it well and applied more product ebery where. I lifted and closed the window until every inch was lubricated. That window works better than it ever has.I highly recommend this. I do not have much strength do to health issues. So this will be a breeze for people with average strength. It works amazingly, no mess, and now I can open and close my windows with 1 hand. All the locks and mechanisms work smoothly, no sticking, no broken nails.After applying, just start

It really helps to slide windows open and close with ease. I found it to be very easy to use and makes the job of washing windows much easier.

Works exactly as described on vinyl windows. I use the product to make my double-hung windows slide more smoothly. Spray is clear and doesn't leave an oily residue. After cleaning, I spray a small amount along the tracks, then wipe with a microfiber cloth. Windows open and close smoothly again
