5-56 is a great product from a long standing great company. Great for cleaning engines, protecting electrical connectors, corrosion inhibition. A very, very good product.

This was my first time using this product. I was using the other one that leaves a yellow residue. this one is crystal clear and seems to work good so far. I coated everything on my 4 trailers(lug nuts, axles, leaf springs, chains, winches and ball assemblies) and it seems to be stopping any rust. i can't tell how often i will have to reapply at this time. I bought the gallon and a chepo hand spray bottle from HD as it was much cheaper this way. I probably would have had to use 3-4 cans for the amount of areas i had sprayed. My buddy uses this on his outboard motor for about 7 years and the motor still looks brand new
