I really like this pan. The lid is a necessity when transporting a cake and this lid stays on tight. It is a little hard to remove but I found if you grab it on the long side near the corner it comes off pretty easily. It bakes well and the nonstick surface keeps the cake from sticking.

Anything baked in this pan is very moist and the timing of the recipes is perfect. I do not enjoy guesswork with oven times. It is easy to store as the pan sits in the upside down lid taking less space. I also feel things stay much fresher in this pan with the lid than others I have tried. I waited a bit for it to arrive but the wait was well worth it.
