It came through magnificently! The size of the dress meant it did take quite a while to steam the whole thing (like 2 hours+), but the ease of use and large water reservoir made everything go smoothly. I absolutely LOVE the old-school quality and simplicity of this machine. The design is timeless, the construction and materials feel solid and high-quality, and it's simple to use! Just lift off the water reservoir (no latches or connectors to mess with), fill with water, set it back down on top of the steamer, plug in, and turn on the switch! It does take a couple of minutes to reach maximum temperature, but once it does, you're in business! Highly recommended! (Everyone loved it so much, the bridesmaids took turns steaming their dresses while getting ready! :)p.s. The built-in hanging rack might work for regular clothes, but for this large dress I bought a heavy-duty dedicated stand on Bolo (https://www.Bolo.com/dp/B07K1QVYNN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) and it was a lifesaver - everyone said it wouldn't have gone as smoothly without the separate stand!

OMG. Can you love a steamer? Can you? I do. Away ye old handheld steamer than weighed a ton and held 3/4 cup of water. This bad boy took 5 minutes to assemble, 2 minutes to heat up, and less than 5 minutes to completely de wrinkle a tiered, eyelet dress (IYKYK). It is slimmer than I thought it would be (who reads dimensions, not I). It fits right into my hall closet. It has WHEELS. The hold almost a gallon of DISTILLED water (do NOT use tap. You will get SCALE.)

Had a Jiffy steamer for about 25 years...finally died. Bought another as a replacement and the improvements in the product are wonderful. LOVE THIS STEAMER ....... haven't ironed in years..... this thing is great !!!!!

I had high expectations for this device but have been very disappointed. It is slow to get to "maximum steam" (not in 1 minute as they claim) and the steam output is marginally higher than a hand steamer but not impressive. Granted this steamer has a larger head so the steamer makes a wider path but that is about it. More importantly the steam output is not sufficient to remove difficult wrinkles or wrinkles from heavy materials. The steamer is of average build quality but sadly the hangar rod comes in 3, very difficult to store, pieces (instead of a much more sensible and useful telescoping rod). It is claimed that the steam hose is 5.5 feet - maybe it is - but all I can say is that for someone of any height (6 ft. in my case) it does not reach any height which makes steaming a comfortable process. They market a Steamboard which they clearly show attached to the top of a closet door. Putting aside the fact that you may not wish to ruin your closet door the hose on this machine would NEVER reach the top of any door (except a dog door). Likewise the top of the rod does not allow you to hang an garment at a height you could steam without bending over. Moreover since the hose is not insulated you have to be careful when going through your toe-touching exercises, or when on your knees, to steam clothes that the hose does not come in contact with your skin.As best I can tell this is a machine for people who don't want to keep refilling the hand models. With its reservoir tank there is adequate water storage for most any steaming session. Other than that it offers nothing - except a much higher price tag. It really isn't worth the moneyFollow-up: Spoke with company and they could not have been less helpful; were ever so pleased with themselves and; claimed they have been making this item "since the 40"s and there have been no problems". (The logic apparently being that as long as the product has been on the market for a long time then it must be a high quality item. I guess the makers of Spam could claim the same thing but like this product no one would really claim Spam to be a quality item.) When I asked them why they show photos of people hanging things on door frames and using the machine which has only a 5.5 ft. cord the woman told me no one has any problem with that and she has done that for 15 years. So I guess everyone at Jiffy has door frames at 5.5 to 6 feet high.

The best home steamer! Holds enough water to last through steaming many garments. Doesn’t leak and Easy to move around. Can’t live without this steamer! Jiffy sets the standard in steamers! Nothing else compares to their quality.

El producto me llego desde un envío internacional con todas sus piezas bien, intacto, el material es muy bueno y le dudaba en comprarlo porque era algo costoso y uno piensa lo peor si te llegasen a estafar pero con todo lo contrario excelente compra y tu ropa queda como de tienda departamental muy buenos y responsables los vendedores no me vi en la necesidad de contactarlos porque todo me llego

Let's start off by saying I hate ironing. This steamer had been on my wishlist for awhile due to the price and also the size. I really wanted to make sure that I would get the use out of it to justify it.If you're thinking about, all I can say is: Buy It.This is a professional steamer that I keep near my closet. It does a fantastic job, it heats up quickly and smooths out clothing almost immediately. It works well on all types of materials. The thicker the material the longer it will take to steam. Dress shirts and pants are done within minutes.I have now had this for years and I use it weekly. I have since recommended this product to everyone I know.

Very effective and easy to use

This garment steamer heats up very quickly. It takes less than a minute for it to produce steam for me. However, I am not sure if the amount and type of water in the reservoir will have an impact. I use distilled water and I don't put too much water inside the reservoir because I don't want too much water sitting inside for too long. I decided to use distilled water to save time and money cleaning a clogged steamer.I chose the version with the metal steam head for better durability and results. In my opinion, a metal steam head will perform better than a plastic steam head because the metal steam head can serve as a hybrid iron. But I admit that it is just my opinion and I have no evidence to back it up.This steamer works very well with my cotton t-shirts and polo shirts. It only takes me around a minute to remove the wrinkles from a cotton t-shirt or polo shirt. It was not as effective with my linen shirts although it still does a decent job of removing wrinkles on linen. However, I don't blame the steamer because linen naturally wrinkles very easily. Using this steamer on a linen shirt removes enough wrinkles to make my linen shirts wearable. It takes me between one to two minutes to steam linen shirt so it's not bad.The hose gets a bit hot even if I am only using the steamer for less than five minutes. It is not hot enough to cause serious burns but I usually steam my clothes just before wearing them so I cannot speak for prolonged usage.The steamer comes with a pole as shown on the pictures on Bolo. That is where you can keep the steamer head when the steamer is not in use. It also doubles as a place where you can hang your clothes while steaming.This steamer is relatively light and does not take up too much space. It has wheels to increase its portability. Moreover, it comes with a wrench that you can use while assembling the steamer. I really like that the steamer has a magnet so it can be stored underneath the steamer. This is a very convenient storage option.The steamer is also very easy to assemble and comes with instructions. Jiffy offers various steamer heads for different purposes, making this steamer very versatile.Finally, I was able to register my steamer with Jiffy for warranty purposes even if I live in Canada.
