It works. It is fast acting. I don't have to worry about painful bathroom breaks after taking in dairy. However, taking this pill doesn't mean no bathroom at all! It just helps you digest lactase and easier for bathroom breaks, less pain. I take a lot of these when I'm out eating with friends and this has been my Nth purchase, would buy every time.

Llegó a tiempo, aunque la cajita venía un poco aplastada no afecta en nada. La verdad aquí en Mx son súper difíciles de conseguir y estas pastillas son mi día a día para poder comer lácteos! Las recomiendo mucho.
Yogurt with no parps!
Super happy with this and wish I tried these supplements years ago.First time I tried it I had absolutely no issues after eating a yogurt.I would only say - I don't take the 3 tabs. 1.5 or 2 tabs is enough to prevent symptoms for me and will help the supply last longer.
