I have been enjoying using this hammer, it is built well, has a great claw for removing even small nails, the grip is comfortable for extended use and does not vibrate.I also am glad they preferred it without the waffled face so it doesn't mar up the work faces.With the heavy weight it drives on nails easily with less blows.

I purchased this hammer for my son and he was very pleased with it. Good quality and price. Would definitely purchase again if needed but this hammer should last for a long time. It's not supposed to be light weight (for me anyway) so not sure why this feature is included in the rating so I gave it 5⭐️ throughout. It is well balanced though.

Im a Union Carpenter. Been using one like this for 22 years, only bought another because I lost the one I had on a jobsite. Otherwise I'm certain it would have lasted a lifetime. One part I especially liked was Made in USA.

I bought this 22oz. Estwing hammer to replace my broken 20oz. Estwing hammer. The 22oz. hammer handle is 2" longer than the 20oz. hammer, which I did not expect. I thought the handles would be the same length. The new 22oz. hammer is slightly unwieldy by comparison. I would have preferred that the 22oz. hammer have the same length handle. I doubt Estwing makes the 22oz. hammer with a shorter handle. Otherwise I have no complaints.
