It works great in healing scratches and cuts. It is not sold in the US I don’t know why. A similar first aid cream, Panthoderm, used to be sold in the US, but is no longer available.I recommend Bepanthen You will not be disappointed.

We started using it when we lived in Europe. It works really well on any type of wounds, for kids or adults.Somehow it is not available in the US, but there are ways to get it here. So really happy with the product.

My Aussie tat artist told me to use a tiny amount on healing tattoos and it works like a charm. It's become my go-to for all things dry flaky itchy. I have high sensory needs and like how this is not greasy, when it absorbs my skin feels soft. Doesn't get on clothes.

Long ago we used to buy a Johnson & Johnson product called First Aid Cream, which we loved, which isn't made. Then found a substitute for that, which isn't made. This came up as a non-antibiotic product, which are really hard to find. (Which is kind of dumb considering the general overuse of antibiotics.) This seems to be a great product. Only complaint I have is that mine (received in November 2023) has an expiration date of 2/24. Would have hoped it went to at least 2025. Still, I will buy this again as it seems to be a good product.

I often get hurt without knowing where I got hurt. So I always carried a band-aid with me. But the wound didn't heal quickly. Then I put on bepanchen together and it healed quickly. So now I always carry bepanchen in my bag.
