Truly a Great Photo Book, Absolutely Beautiful Photo's of the Porsche 911. Porsche is the most timeless icon among sports cars today. The valves of the early years are continually growing. The Beauty of a 911 is so much more then Beautiful. Photographer Rene Stand does a phenomenal job in captaining these timeless photo, once you have this book, it will either be in your hands or on your in someone else hands. There are Facts with each photo which make the book so much better, From Top Speed, to Production., every page is a photo, covers the very early years1959-1963 to 2011- 2013 . Very Beautiful book

This is essentially a photo book with an excellent selection of Porsche’s iconic sports car from 901 (before being renamed 911), to the present eighth generation. There is little information accompanying the photos, a few of the car’s specifications; fewer than a typical magazine road test. The book is a nice addition to a Porsche enthusiast’s library, but an essential one.

I have to say that despite it not having all the details I thought it would (package combinations offered etc.) that I still found it to be really enjoyable! You do get a lot of facts and generational differences with absolutely stunning art that really captures the beauty of the 911's craftsmanship and body lines.I'd 10/10 buy it again.

Le livre est beau visuellement, les photographies sur chaque pages permettent de se plonger dans l'histoire d'une icone même sans être un initié. Sa couverture en fait également un livre décoratif, ce qui pour un cadeau à quelqu'un qui apprécie un tant soit peu l'automobile, remplit très bien son rôle.

To się bardziej powinno nazywać "The Porsche 911 Album" niż Book, bo są to zdjęcia (bardzo ładne, trzeba przyznać) ze szczątkowa ilością tekstu pomiędzy poszczególnymi rozdziałami (druga edycja, a i tak znalazłem błąd merytoryczny w jednej z tych notek...). Bardzo ładnie wydane. Oczywiście tradycyjnie zapakowane beznadziejnie przez Bolo, w najtańszą, cieniutką, tekturową kopertę - zerowe zabezpieczenie, szczęśliwie akurat tym razem z moim egzemplarzem dostawcy obchodzili się dobrze, bo dotarł nieobtłuczony.
