5.0 out of 5 stars Iron sharpens Iron!

This is a must-read for new and experienced leaders! When Scott posted on LinkedIn that his book was available, I immediately bought it before work and finished reading it before lunch. I could not put it down!! Reading the example of each principle and the quotes cited throughout not only inspired me but also charged me up to get my thoughts on paper. While reading each chapter and thinking about what Scott speaks about, I could easily picture each point made and how it could be applied. The description and impacts stated throughout not only made me think of examples in my leadership journey but also of how I have led in different situations and how I may or may not have learned if I did it the right way. Thanks for writing this, and I recommend this book be on the desk of every aspiring and/or established leader.
