I absolutely love this Bible study! I’m already halfway through, and it has been such an eye-opening and encouraging experience. A friend recommended it to me, and I’m so glad they did. As someone who struggles with fear and anxiety as a Christian, this study has helped me dig deeper into Scripture and find peace and strength in God’s Word. It’s practical, relatable, and truly speaks to the heart. Highly recommend to anyone walking through struggles and looking for biblical encouragement!

Has been a really good study so far. Sticks to biblical teachings and the word of God not opinions. Shows importance of biblical understanding giving you context and perspective on different verses to strengthen your faith. This study guides you through verses and gives a little explanation but allows for a lot of reflection questions on the word.

This is a great study guide. I love the historical context it provides with each memory verse. The historical context helped me really visualize the struggle and the meaning behind the passage. Love the study guide.

Amazing Bible study for individual or a group. We just got done studying this book with 14 Women in my group. We all can agree that this is one of the book study/lesson we have/had that it really help the Women to dig into the Scriptures. Also we are so encouraged to write down the memory verse in 3×5 cards to keep reading and memorizing it. Most of the Women says, that this book really help them to look at their anxiety and fear in a different perspective. I/we are pleased on this Study book, and recommend to all women out there that struggles with anxiety and fear. Thank you Lauren Ibach for your love and care and God's wisdom that he bestowed in you to write this book and many more books. I am grateful to the Lord for you. It took me a few weeks to get into the book but now that I’m almost through lesson 5, I can say the study is very scripture based, helps dive into fear and anxiety while digging into the word, and the Holy Spirit is using the content to grow my faith and trust in Him! Lessons 7&8 were SO good. Definitely get this book and do this study, God is using it to speak directly to the anxiety I currently face.

Our ladies bible study leader picked this study to go over together as a group. It has been very insightful, but God's word always is. That's what I love about it. God's word is enveloped throughout this study. It is saturated with scripture and everything is tied together so perfectly. I don't often struggle from fear & anxiety, but in the times I do, this has given me the applicable tools to lay it all at His feet. I am thankful for this study and thankful to Author who was inspired by God to write it. I highly recommend this study individually and or in a group study. I also feel that it can be for female or male. Great study!
