I love this little manual. It explains a lot about how to not get ill, and stay healthy, mentally, physically and modalities that are effective for many disorders. I highly recommend this to any person who is concerned about their health and has time to read. It's not a long book, but it's very well written and is packed with a ton of useful information.

This a great read. Loved it. There are so many knowledgable and creative advice on how to live a healthier life. Leon is a great Guru. Totally agree with how food, stress, our own thoughts can sabatage all of our good intentions to become healthy. Please read this book and then start to eat better, think more positive and understand yourself. With all of the books out there to educate on healthier living I truly believe this is a jewel to own and read.

Leon Koenck has an enthusiastic approach to healthier living. The book describes many simple steps I can add to complement my health and wellbeing. His explanation about the effects of positive and negative energy (which includes my thinking) on my health, and how I can use it (them) to influence my health was an eye opener!Reading this book was very enjoyable and gave me some great tips I can incorporate immediately.
