The Employee Wellbeing Handbook is a terrific overview of the wellness industry and how to best service employers and employees. It helped me understand that culture is more critical than most anything else. There are free resources and services everywhere in most benefit plans to take small steps to change culture and not upset employees. In addition, the book was easy to read and even a novice can understand the strategies outlined. I’ll definitely pass out copies to my friends in the HR industry.
