I have read many books of restroing soul. Many good books; however, Dr Wattof's book stands out in that he as a background in engineer, he simply the complicated topics in very practical way that I can digest, enjoyable to read, and that I remember. It is not only that I remember, it is the book that is life transforming and that carries and action plan to continue to grow. This book is also in digestible size that I can use it easily for my prayer team group training, discussion. POWERFUL, COMPREHENSIVE, DIGESTIVE BOOK that I sure keep on my top shelf and read it again and again. Thank you Dr Wattoff. Pam Lee (NJ)

I’m only halfway through reading this book, and I’ve already purchased two additional copies to give away! Restoring the Soul is a clear and practical guide for learning how to walk in freedom from the past hurts and present hang-ups that weigh so many of us down. “It was for freedom that Christ set us free!” (Gal 5:1). This book will help you understand and experience what freedom in Christ feels like as you allow the Holy Spirit to touch your heart through the testimony of Dr. Geoff.

This is an excellent resource for people who are skeptical of inner healing as a lifestyle for believers. There are many people who need to read through this book and find the areas of their souls that need the liberation provided from the information inside. We need to have a solid understanding of our identity in Christ and not rely on other things to fulfill the desires of our hearts. I have bought this book for many people and continue to recommend it to many. Dr. Wattoff was a teacher of mine in seminary and I thoroughly enjoyed much from this man. What a great resource for the body of Christ. You will enjoy this book.

Humor is the anesthesia that makes inner healing a joy instead of a heavy pain-filled experience. This book was a delight to read. I laughed out loud so many times. The humor does not take away from the depth and amazing truths throughout, in fact, it makes inner healing much more doable!!! It’s the pain medication needed so the patient can heal.Dr. Geoff’s book is so relatable and easy to read, I recommend this book to anyone struggling with inner heart wounds…which is just about all of us!This is a must-read!! You won’t regret buying this book. This would also make an awesome gift and I’m already thinking of people to give this to as presents.

In his book, Dr. Geoff offers truths from the Word of God that have the potential to set everyone within the body of Christ free. The principles he shares are simple, yet profound and if applied to one’s life has the potential for big impact. Dr. Geoff’s words confirmed my own healing journey! I encounter anyone who desires another level of freedom in their live to pick up this book!

I have a different perspective on this book than what I've seen in the reviews. It is written for Christians that have ongoing issues that need to be addressed for them to experience the freedom and relationship with God that He intended. But we all have "issues", especially when we first become Christians and have to evaluate our lives with respect to the Gospel. In a sense, this is a manual that reviews areas in our present life and past that need to be explored, then provides a good (not complicated) theological basis for addressing these issues. The book then moves on to developing a growing and maturing relationship with Jesus. "Restoring the Soul" is , afterall, a lifelong journey.

I love this book! Dr Wattoff does a great job of giving the biblical background for the ministry of inner healing (which can be understood as part of sanctification), as well as teaching practical methods for how to experience God’s healing touch in our souls. This book is a great resource for someone who wants to minister inner healing to others, or for someone who wants to experience inner healing personally. I love that in all of his teaching he emphasizes the importance of hearing God’s voice (John 10:27) and allowing God to do the necessary healing. Inner healing is all about encountering God who is able to and desires to heal and set us free in every area of our lives. Thanks Dr Wattoff!
