Stunning coloring book and very good quality. I was a bit hesitant to buy after reading the reviews - allot of the comments note Liela Dully’s first two coloring books were much higher quality but I disagree - the paper seems thicker than the paper in year of flowers hardcover book. At this price I’m happy to buy a second copy if the pages bleed through!!

I waited awhile before I bought this coloring book, knowing the time would be right "soon". Soon came recently, and this book is one of the most beautiful out there if you love to color. Use your best pencils on his because you will want to frame some of these pages. The paper is lovely, with enough tooth but not super-toothy. I have a dozen brands of pencils and they all work in this book. (However, I cannot say about markers as I don't use them.)The size is a bit unusual, being a bit taller than expected.I love this book.And no AI.

5.0 out of 5 stars Breathtakingly beautiful floral designs by a brilliantly talented artist
Leila Duly’s new book is everything and more in the quality and variety of designs. Is it an exact, just redone version of Floribunda? thankfully no. I am almost exclusively a botanical colorist, but I love nature and look forward to the diversity of wildlife and seascapes. Will I color every page? I usually choose whatever I am drawn to. Not snakes I have a terrible phobia, but that and a few others do not keep me from absolutely loving this book. True there is no listing of flowers, but I feel confident that creativity will guide my color palettes.I am so grateful for artists of this quality creating coloring books. Thank you so much Leila Duly.

This is filled with the stunning artwork that I have come to expect from Leila Duly. I like the smaller designs, the variety, not just florals this time. However, there are a few things that detract from it being as good as the first two books. First, there are a lot of bugs. I hate insects and I don't like to see them in my coloring books. Second, the paper quality, while heavy cardstock, is nowhere near as good as the two previous books. And lastly, where are the descriptions of what the flowers are? Nowhere in the book does it describe the flowers any more. This won't stop me from buying Leila Duly's books, but it was disappointing.

I love the images. The art work of Leila Duly is amazing. This was my third book of hers and was very disappointed with the paper quality. I used colored pencils and when I used a blender or a burnisher it made the black ink smear. From the previous volumes I wasn’t expecting the poor paper.

Leila Duly is an incredible artist and her book is so full of inspiring pages. Enjoyed her Calendar Year book and this one is even better. Have just begun to enjoy coloring this book and recommend it to anyone who enjoys coloring for adults.

I have 200 coloring books. Yes , I'm obsessed. I had no inkling to get this book but I received a gift card and figured what the heck. I have her 2 other books but this one is a beautiful masterpiece. There is A variety of nature pictures in this book. Sealife , bugs ,floral arrangements and landscapes. I can't figure out what to do first!! I love them all. The paper is very nice and the book is huge. I'm very happy!

Magnifiques illustrations et excellent papier
Les illustrations sont magnifiques, dans le style des précédents albums de Leila Duly ("Floribunda" et "The flower year"). Elles sont très détaillées et requièrent un bon niveau de coloriage.Chaque page est un émerveillement.On peut voir des flip-thru sur Youtube.Ce livre a une couverture souple de bonne qualité. Personnellement, j'aurais préféré payer plus cher et avoir une couverture dure comme pour l'album "The flower year".Il comporte un marque-pages en tissu.Le papier est plutôt épais et permet l'usage d'aquarelle si l'on ne met pas trop d'eau. Il convient parfaitement aux crayons de couleur.J'avais d'abord acheté la version moins chère de ce livre, mais le papier était trop lisse. Le crayon y accrochait difficilement.Je suis ravie d'avoir pu faire l'échange !C'est un très bel objet , qui ravira les adultes passionnés de coloriage et les collectionneurs.
Beautiful Book!
I have Ms. Duly's other books, Floribunda and The Flower Year and this book meets all the expectations I had based on the beautiful drawings in the other two. My only disappointment was that some of her drawings run over two pages (which is great) but the centers are pulled into the binding and very difficult to color. Other than that, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves floral coloring. She is the best!

Wish for Names of the Drawings
I have Leila Duly's Floribunda and Flower Year coloring books. The Beautiful Planet book is not in the same style as her other two books. The books Florabunda and Flower Year were very detailed and intricate with the names of the drawings. In the Beautiful Planet book, there are no names of the drawings. The style of a lot of the pictures is loose style with only an impression of an image. I prefer to color the books in a realistic style. There are a number of pictures that are like in her other books. I have spent hours looking for the identity of a flower. The paper is not the best for colored pencils. The paper is too smooth which makes it difficult to layer certain pencil brands. I have found that some pencils leave a fuzzy texture on the paper.
