Don’t start this book unless you can finish in one setting. It’s a page turner - keeps you on the edge of your seat from page one. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the story but it felt like it took forever to get through it. Seemed to bounce around and got confusing. Much of the story was repeated repeated too.

I got this book to read based off the reading on the back of the book, but also based off the comments. I do not agree that it was hard to put down. To me it was hard to pick up. I found that there were so many characters it was hard to know who was who. Then it just took so long to get to the exciting part of the book. It does come it just takes a minute to get there.

The story started slowly, but little by little it's hook dug deeper! I found myself wanting to get back to reading it in a quiet room...no distractions! The twists kept coming as each page was turned. Start The New Couple when you can crawl up and read it through!

Possibly Spoiler Alert, but important if you only read Psych thriller:It was a great read, but not a psychological thriller. There is no twist, or surprise. The storyline is very upfront, you know what’s “happening” the whole book because it’s very clearly laid out for you. It was a good read, but giving 3 stars because there is no shocking twist as advertised - or if there is, it’s “revealed” by about 20% through the book, and the rest is just one character getting everyone else to believe it.I would consider it more “suspenseful” and would read a other by the author when I’m taking the occasional break from psych thrillers!

This book started out really well and was moving along nicely but then it became too redonent with each characters description of the plot.
Page turner
Could not put it down! Great read, a real page turner. Would recommend, such a good twist! A definite 5 stars.
Disappointing
What a disappointment. I didn’t get past 25% of the book by which time nothing had happened. The writing style doesn’t connect to the characters - its abstract and narrative. And the plot is weak - at least the first 25% is.

Got a bit boring/ repetitive when character POV changes but otherwise an interesting & easy read. No huge twist but I was steadily entertained.
