This Phrasebook and Dictionary were indispensable in my recent trip to Greece.The book covers all of the usual situations and some of the not so common, but useful when they arise.There was subtle humor embedded throughout the book (check out the section on dating for some great examples).I relied on this book every day while traveling, and it helped me out on many occasions.I give this book my highest recommendation.

This phrase book was indispensable on a recent trip to Greece. I love how it’s organized, and the pronunciation guides are very helpful. I think the Lonely Planet phrase books are the best out there and I will definitely buy more for future travels.

When I travel in Greece, this phrasebook lives in my bag/back pocket. I originally picked up a copy at a bookstore in Chania, but forgot it on a ferry. This copy is no different than my original.

This book is waaaaaayyy too small, i cant read it even with my glasses, not represented properly on Bolo page.

Ridiculously small fonts. That is rather unfortunate considering it is a great book and format.
Compact Phrasebook & Dictionary
I like this compact book. It is divided to chapters by context (food, social, etc.), with different color indicator for each.The first chapter covers the Greek language basic grammar and I find it very useful especially when you learn to speak Greek.
Greek with lyricism
I’m learning Greek.The guide is accurate and helpful in pronunciation, excellent grammar section at the start and overall the guide is stimulating and contemporary
Wife learning for trip
Heading to Greece and wife wants to learn, the PDF is a good companion

Small writing but the book works
Brilliant little book, it’s smaller than I thought but then again I probably didn’t read properly 🙄This book has phrases, alphabet and sentence structure…it will certainly get you through, the writing is small that’s the only bad thing really.
