I purchased this book to step up my Pasta making game. I have always wanted to serve home made pasta for dinners and special events at my home. This book is amazing and is filled with everything you need to be the Hero at your next gathering. Recipes are included! It’s a must have for anyone that loves Italian Style Cuisine. Awesome!

This is my first foray into the author’s cookbooks after years of admiring his work over IG. It’s everything I hoped for - really easy to follow pasta techniques with very well laid out photos to help perfect shaping, and enough sauce and dish recipes to keep me busy all summer. All pasta all the time!

This is a must have book. We'll made, beautifully laid out, I love it.It would be helpful if the recipes specified the size eggs needed for the recipes. I followed classic pasta recipe to the letter and it was very dry. I then looked at his YouTube for the recipe. First, the youtube recipe is different than the book, second, his youtube dough looked more pliable. than his book recipe.

The media could not be loaded. Like : easy recipe, creative, inspiration ideas. Tips and tricks in book. I pre-order one and just got it few weeks ago. Cooking is my profession and still i think the pasta book are amazing to play with. Brought it to work and my other 2 chefs order them too. Its not just a recipe/cook pasta book. But it is a book that pasta lover or maker or even eater should have one at home . 😋

The pictures in the book are high quality and show the detailed steps of pasta making. The book is really well laid out and I am excited to make some of the recipes! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
