What every parent needs sitting displayed in their household! I bought this after listening to a podcast episode, where the author was the guest speaker! I was so intrigued that I immediately had to look it up on Bolo! I purchased it immediately and have it permanently displayed on my kitchen table. My children and I eat together and have “Monday Manners & a Meal” together. We go over the manner and talk about it throughout the week before moving onto the next one the following week. It is very nicely done!

Love this manners book for our kids and honestly, it's a great reminder for adults too. We keep it on the kitchen table and into such a great conversation starter. The short lessons make it easy to read each week and easy to put into practice. Its been a very simple and meaningful addition to our family routine.

I bought all of Brooke's books on Manners. I think she is brilliant! I have 12 grandchildren that I really wanted them to learn these manners but know how busy their mom's are.... so, I invented the Grandma Challenge. Every Sunday I take a picture of the manner I would like them to work on and text it to each of them and their moms. I offer them a $ incentive for completing the challenge. (Ex: They get $1 for every time they Acknowledge an Adult, with a max of $10.) My favorite part of the challenge is when we get together and the grandkids all share what they had done that week. It has brought me so much closer to each grandchild and my conversations with them are so much more meaningful and they are learning the importance of manners. This is seriously the BEST thing I have ever done as a Grandma and my daughter & daughter-in-laws are so grateful that the manners are coming from someone other than them. Thank you Brooke for your wisdom!

Love this product! It gives us a structured, thorough process to teaching important manners and behavior. The manners presented in the book are creative and relevant to all ages. We talk about one a week, and review periodically. It’s also aesthetically pleasing and looks nice on display in a prominent place (which is what we have done to remind our kids about the manner we are focusing on for the week). Our kids are on the younger side (preteen, elementary), and most all of the manners still apply to them, we just leave out details when they don’t.You won’t regret buying this! 10/10 would recommend!
