Got this book for ideas to help with sensory avoidant sensitive kiddo with emotional regulation. It has really great ideas and we're slowly working our way through the activities and ideas. This seems to be a really great resource! I appreciate that there are messy and totally not messy activities. Great way to help with adding more connection into our day.There are a couple typos, but nothing major.

I really have enjoyed this book. I try to do one activity a week (one page) to focus on with my daughter. Some of the activities or "practices" became staples in our daily routine. Really helped me to incorporate some intentional regulatory conversations into our day as our daughter was navigating some big emotions. Highly recommend!
Great book for kids to regulate feelings
Love this book for my 5 year old. Wish I would have bought it sooner. Very useful ideas and exercises to use. Great for any professionals working with young kids.

I wish I had found this book sooner! It’s described best for 12-36 months. My daughter is 34 months but we can still do a lot of the activities now. It’s a great way to open up communication about emotions
Damaged on delivery.
I just received this book 5 minutes ago and it was damaged on delivery. Bottom of book very bent. With a quick look, I know it's a bit advanced for 16 month old. Will be returning.

Got this book for ideas to help with sensory avoidant sensitive kiddo with emotional regulation. It has really great ideas and we're slowly working our way through the activities and ideas. This seems to be a really great resource! I appreciate that there are messy and totally not messy activities. Great way to help with adding more connection into our day.There are a couple typos, but nothing major.
