This workbook is colorful and easy to read. It starts out very basic with only 2 multiple choice questions per page and increases to more writing as you go thru the book. This book is great if your child hates writing out answers as it works them up to more writing as they continue but starts with multiple choice and cut and paste answers. Beginning of the book may be too easy for a third grade student.

My daughter is homeschooled and doesn't enjoy writing at all. We used this for 3rd grade and it was the perfect amount of writing and although she didn't love it....she could do it and didn't hate it. I'll definitely be repurchasing for my youngest.

Good book, but not challenging enough for 7 year old child. My son went through it in a week or two.
