Amazing content that has gone thru a lot of research and thinking. Deep content. If you have had enough experience in life and find that you are not getting ahead and your friends around you are saying the problems are the same for years and years and not improving, perhaps you need another perspective. Look no further. This books looks at repetitive unproductive behaviour and explains why they are there and proven effective ways of working to improve them. this might not make sense for the inexperienced newbies though.

I like how the author broke down into doable steps (using common sense) for handling people and situations. Also, observations made on human interactions that were unexpected but really educational!
Small, but good
Books are smaller (as in not-tall) than I expected and articles shorter than other HBR books I’ve read, but having read 4 out of 6 of the books, I’m liking it. The content is pretty good, even though sometimes it will only be an introduction to studying something deeper through other books or articles.
