Written by a wonderful architect with a huge cabin design experience. The majority of the buildings are small cabins with a few larger one used for retirement homes, I think. Large photographs with plans and photos of each room. One of my favorite books on the subject.

Loved the different examples of cabins and lake homes. So many wonderful ideas to ponder and great furnishing ideas, too. Quality of photos and paper is outstanding. Great gift idea.

This book is a very enjoyable read. It is very well written and is full of nice pictures of cabins and cabin sites.
Good for inspiration
Lots of lovely ideas - though don't expect anything inexpensive. These cabins are all high end. Lovely, but would cost a great deal to build.
