For my 40th birthday, I've decided to try to do things that I'm absolute garbage at. One of those things is drawing.I have always been the worst artist in every way possible. This book gives me hope.If I can make something that looks halfway presentable, then I promise anyone can.

I’ve loved bobblejot’s style for a long time. This book makes it accessible for beginners- there are step by step instructions to take you through drawing each animal. The instructions are easy to understand and easy to follow (with, like anything else, a lot of trial and error). This is fun for beginners who have also been drawing for a little while and is a great warm up tool.If you’re looking to draw some cute easy stuff this book’s for you.

I am a fairly experienced artist and have amassed quite a few instructional books on drawing. I would wager that this book is one of my favorites. The author demonstrates step by step how to draw cute Chibi-style animals, making this an excellent reference for new and more seasoned artists alike. There is a wide variety of animals and the book is subdivided into different classes of animals. I will attach a picture of the table of contents for your reference. The instructions for each animal is on either a single page or spread across two pages. I felt very successful drawing from the author’s instructions, but please remember that only by practicing you will master these skills. This is an amazing reference for anyone interested in this art style. Would highly recommend.

My 10 year old artist loves loves loves this book! We also got one for her friend. (and we were told it was her favorite gift!) The whole family enjoy drawing characters from the book! Highly recommend!

While it won’t fully teach you how to draw images from your mind I’ve had great success recreating and even slightly altering the examples provided and they are super cute.

My daughter was so excited to receive this book, it was late getting here…plus there is a pink, sticky substance on the front and back of the book. I highlighted the picture with blue to show the sticky areas. Not very professional!

Lovely little book filled with all sorts of cute characters to draw, my favourite being the hamster. Picture istructions are easy to follow, with just enough text to explain the process. I'm comfortable with how to draw generally but wanted to try a few styles which are new to me and the characters in this book make me smile and are fun and easy to create.
