This is an adorable book to read to your baby/toddler. It’s sturdy cardboard that can withstand the occasional drooling chew but still be safe for young one to hold unaided. The plot is simple and sweet.

I used to read I Love You to the Moon and Back to my daughter almost every night when she was little. It’s such a gentle, loving story, and the illustrations are soft and cozy, perfect for winding down at bedtime.I loved how it captured all the little moments of love between parent and child, and she always asked me to “read it again” before I could even close the book. The sturdy board pages held up through years of reading (and some toddler handling), and it’s one of those books I’ve kept because it feels special.If you want a bedtime book that’s simple, sweet, and full of love, this one’s a keeper.
