This is one of those little gem books that you can pick up and go back to any random time, and still be spiritually fed. It's the most basic truths, stated in simple and concise little chapters, with the main points listed again at the end. It is perfect for those searching for their personal faith, yet clearly a helpful 'back-to-basics' reminder for anyone who continually works at focusing their spiritual life. I've given it as gifts to beginners who wouldn't be comfortable with overly preachy, heavy writing, and I've given it to friends & family who can just have it on hand for little pick-me-ups and reminders when life throws too much at one time, and you lose sight of what's really important. Sometimes I look in it when I'm searching for just the right thing to say to someone in response to their questions or situation. Inevitably, it's right there in one of the simple truths.Bruce & Stan wrote this little best-selling guide a while back, but it will always be relevant. They have done several other books of equal clarity and with the same ease of relating to all of us. Of particular note for those who have faced great struggles, loss, or on-going challenges is a very relevant sequel, "God Is In the Small Stuff ~ for Changing Times....Let God Help You Thrive in a Difficult World". These books are small and fit easily into bags, and also look attractive set out beside lamps on tables and nightstands.

This is one of the best books! It does a great job of putting a new twist on explaining how God works in all aspects of our lives. The chapters (or essays) are very short so it keeps the reader's attention. One of the best parts of the book is the "small stuff" at the end of each chapter which are like modern day proverbs (or rules to live by). I read and reread this book often as it is a great reminder in how to live life. I have purchased this book several times and highly recommend it for both people who don't really know God and those who are walking with Him. Enjoy!

Re-read my copy of this wonderful book and wanted to share with a friend. The book is so full of wonderful reasons to trust GOD in your everyday "small" stuff. Highly recommend this book.

I first saw God Is In The Small Stuff as I was waiting in an office. I picked it up and just read a few pages. It is a very easy read but very inspirational.I ordered one for myself, and now every night I just randomly open the book and read. It is amazing how God works in our lives through the small stuff. Whatever I open to has some relationship to my own life.This is a very good book and I recommend it to all that really want to see God....In The Small Stuff!

I received this book along from a friend when I was going through chemo in 2011. I didn't even pick it up until 01-01-13. You see this friend died suddenly on 10-02-12. I was sitting quietly one day feeling sorry for myself and thinking about her along with other loved ones I've lost recently. I pick up this book along with a serenity book she had given me. I started reading it and feel it is so good it's worth sharing so I passed it along to my preacher first to get his opinion he loved it so much he ordered him ONE. So I decided to pass a few on to the NEW CONVERTS IN OUR CONGREGATION.

The small acts of kindness, the small acts of love - they all mean something.It's a book for everyone.Am already on my second time round - it makes one think and helps one to stay close to the Father on ad off through the day.
